WHO WE ARE
CrossFit CRAZY STRONG is a gym full of dedicated people led by professional coaches with a goal of living better, healthier lives through fitness and proper nutrition. When you improve the way you look, feel, and perform, everything else in life becomes easier. You will be stronger physically and mentally, and push the boundaries of what you ever thought possible.
WHAT WE DO
We help motivated people like you get lean, get fit, and get STRONG, so that you feel amazing. We do this through exercise and nutrition coaching in a friendly, supportive community. Our world class facility provides members with the choice of group classes, personal coaching, and private training so that your workout can be customized to your specific needs.
Our workouts are based on the principle that effective exercise incorporates constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity.
CONSTANTLY VARIED
This means you’ll be doing a different workout every day using the most effective exercises from weightlifting, bodyweight training, cardio training, and even some gymnastics movements.
FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT
We focus on movements that you use in your daily life. A squat is like getting out of a chair, a deadlift is like lifting something from the ground, and a shoulder press is simply lifting something overhead. You will be taught the proper technique to perform these movements safely and efficiently, which can improve strength and range of motion. Basically, we teach you to move the way humans were designed to move.
HIGH INTENSITY
Our workouts are meant to push you. In order to see results, you must push yourself beyond your current comfort zone. We understand that intensity is different for everyone, so we make sure that workouts are properly scaled to match your abilities. Our goal is to train people of all ages and fitness levels. This is not a one size fits all fitness club.
We also focus on nutrition, flexibility, sleep habits, and many other lifestyle factors that affect your health and fitness. Results take more than just workouts, so we address all the important topics related to your health.
HOW WE DO IT
CLASSES
The heart of our program is found in the classes and personal coaching sessions. In 60 minutes, you will be warmed up, stretched, and coached through the movements of the day. This is followed by a workout and a wrap up. Your coach will be there to ensure proper form, range of motion, and intensity, helping you scale the workout to fit your needs and ability level.
PERSONAL COACHING
Our personal coaching and private training programs provide you with one-on-one attention for the duration of your workout. These one-on-one sessions allow for customized workouts tailored to your specific health and fitness needs.
SPECIALTY PROGRAMS
From time to time we introduce new specialty programs that focus on specific topics related to nutrition, fat loss, or sports specific skills. These programs will allow you to dive deeper into a particular topic, hone your skills in a specific area, and engage with a community of people who have similar interests.
EVENTS & CHALLENGES
We play new sports, try outdoor workouts, put on nutrition and fitness challenges, and enter competitions to give you the opportunity to show off your new found abilities. Sometimes we just like to get together and socialize.
ASSESSMENTS
Every few months, we test your fitness with a series of physical assessments. These are designed to give you a baseline of your fitness and progress. They also allow you to celebrate your success with the rest of the Crazy Strong community.
CLINICS, LECTURES, AND SEMINARS
We hold clinics, lectures, and seminars on specific topics to help you learn and master new principles or techniques, then integrate these principles into your life.
FUNDAMENTALS
We believe in constantly improving our fundamentals. These fundamentals are your starting point, designed to give you a solid foundation of movement, nutrition, fitness, and overall health. We make sure you are safe, moving well, and staying focused on your health and fitness goals.
SUPPORT
COACHING
Your coaches will make sure you know what the movements are, how to do them properly, and why they are important. It’s a process that starts from the basics you learn in fundamentals to refining the more advanced movements as you develop your skills. We will also ensure you have the most up to date and useful information on nutrition, flexibility, managing stress and getting a good night’s sleep.
COMMUNITY
Our gym is full of motivated, hardworking athletes who will help you push past what you thought possible. By training alongside like-minded people, you are more likely to stick with your program and see meaningful results.
