TERMS OF EQUIPMENT RENTAL: Fill Out The Form Below
- ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP: Membership must stay active to participate and monthly membership fee paid
- NO RENTAL FEE: For those members who choose to keep their membership active during the COVID-19 quarantine, we are so thankful for your support! You will not pay a rental fee for equipment rentals.
- FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVE: Equipment Rentals will be first-come, first-serve based on when we receive your completed reservation form below.
- EQUIPMENT RENTAL PACKAGES: There are 7 different equipment rental packages to choose from in the drop-down menu below.
- ONE PACKAGE PER MEMBER: Each active member can choose one of the 7 Equipment Rental Packages PLUS 2 Accessory items.
- PICK UP OR DELIVERY: Members can select either pick up or delivery of equipment. Pick up will be FREE if you select from the times listed. Delivery will include a $30 fee. Larger equipment like bikes, rowers, and GHD will be delivery only.
- RENTAL AGREEMENT: Each member who wishes to participate in the Equipment Rental Program will be required to sign an Equipment Rental / Lease Agreement and agree to the terms and conditions at the time they pick up their equipment.
- RENTAL RENEWAL: Rental agreement will automatically renew on a monthly basis until the COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted.
- RETURN UPON RE-OPENING: All equipment will be due back to the gym once the COVID-19 scare has subsided and we have the green light to re-open without restrictions.
- DAMAGES: Damaged or lost equipment will be billed at the retail replacement cost for new equipment of same brand.
