Register as a drop-in for your trial class or even a trial week. This will give you the opportunity to “test the water” in live classes before you sign up and “jump in with both feet.”
MEET WITH A COACH!
Schedule a one-on-one session with one of our coaches who will coach you through a personal workout session scaled to your fitness level, then help you figure out which program is right for you.

Sign up for unlimited BootCamp Classes with one of our monthly membership options. These classes are designed for beginners who are looking to step up their workout intensity, but not quite ready to make the leap to our CrossFit classes.
Need a little more one-on-one attention? Our Professional Trainers are happy to schedule private training sessions around your schedule. Personal training workouts will be custom-designed to meet your individual needs and personal goals.
