Kid!Strong is a fitness program designed with kids in mind. Our goal at Kid!Strong is to build a community of friendships centered around constantly varied physical activity that will keep kids engaged and having fun. Whether your child is a natural athlete or a bookworm, our program was created to BUILD CONFIDENCE by increasing physical competency in 10 fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory, Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
Kid!Strong is designed to teach proper technique, condition the body, build strength, improve overall fitness, and increase confidence. It is our goal to develop well-rounded, healthy, and confident athletes, who can excel inside or outside of the classroom. Research proves there is a strong correlation between physical activity and cognitive performance.
