Scoring For Challenge
Participants will be scored based on their average of the following three measurements (equally weighted):
1.) Performance Improvement
Measure % improvement in time to complete “Helen” test WOD
2.) Body Composition
Measure % reduction in body fat
3.) Body Measurements
Measure % reduction in waist to hip ratio
The three participants with the highest % improvement over the six (6) week period will be awarded the 1st, 2nd, 3rd place prizes as follows:
1st Place = $100 Bill + T-Shirt
2nd Place = $50 Bill + T-Shirt
3rd Place = $30 Cash + T-Shirt
Clean Eating Potluck | Saturday, March 4th
The entire CrossFit Crazy Strong family is encouraged to join us at the gym from noon to 2PM on Saturday, March 4th for a Clean Eating Potluck Lunch to socialize and celebrate each other’s successes!!! Each person can bring their favorite healthy dish to share with the group and at the end we’ll all exchange recipes. We will also be awarding prizes to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place participants in the Zone Clean Eating Challenge.
Invitation to Non-CrossFit Members
We welcome anyone in the community to join us for this Zone Clean Eating Challenge. We also encourage our members to invite any friends or family who are not CrossFitters to join us for this challenge. This is a great opportunity to introduce others to CrossFit and more importantly to get the people we care about on the road to living healthier lives!!!
