QUICK-FIT – BootCamp Classes For Beginners
Quick-FIT is a 45-minute coach-led bootcamp style fitness class designed with the beginner in mind, that provides challenging full-body workouts that’ll have you seeing & feeling results. Our specially designed bootcamp workouts will include a wide variety of easy-to-learn exercises, including cardio, strength training, and body-weight movements. That means you won’t be expected to lift heavy weights or perform intimidating exercises … In fact, our stress-relieving workouts are so fun, you may forget that you’re working out at all!
Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 7am
CROSSFIT – High Intensity Fitness Classes
CrossFit is a 60-minute coach-led high intensity interval training (HIIT) class. Our challenging CrossFit workouts are specifically designed for anyone who’s looking to get more results with less time spent at the gym. While these high intensity workouts will push you to new levels of fitness, they are also designed to be infinitely scaleable for any level of fitness. That means, whether you’re a beginner who’s just getting started or an elite athlete, our coaches are trained to modify the workouts to meet you right where you’re at on your fitness journey.
Weekdays – 5am, 6am, 5:30pm
Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 12pm
Saturday – 9am
