CrossFit Crazy Strong is excited to announce that we will be doing a promotional week from January 6-11, where you can drop-in to any of our CrossFit or BootCamp classes for FREE all week long.
The CrossFit workouts for that entire week will consist of our new member OnRamp training, where you can learn the basics of CrossFit movements. If you come throughout that week, you get to bypass our mandatory OnRamp–That’s a $129 savings and also a great opportunity to kick-start your fitness goals for 2020!
BootCamp For Beginners:
Looking for something a little less intimidating than CrossFit Classes? We’re also offering BootCamp for Beginners. This is a class specifically designed for:
1) Anyone who has not worked out in a while and wants to ease back into it
2) Those with physical limitations that prevent them from lifting weights
3) Anyone who is excessively overweight / obese
If you are ready to get in the best shape of your life in 2020, CALL NOW to discuss whether CrossFit or BootCamp classes are a better fit for your specific fitness journey.
